Francis Idehen
Chief Executive Officer, Co-Founder & Managing Partner
Francis is CEO of Harbinger Sports Partners, a private investment firm focused on investing across major US sports leagues.
Prior to joining Harbinger, he served as a Partner at Goldman Sachs in the Client Solutions Group within Goldman Sachs Asset Management.
Francis also worked at Grosvenor Capital Management, a global alternative asset manager, where he served as chief operating officer and oversaw the firm's client group, focusing on business strategy, product development and client relationship management. Before that, he held senior roles at Exelon Corporation, serving as treasurer, head of Investor Relations and head of Private Markets in the Investment Office. Earlier in his career, Francis was a portfolio manager at Intel Corporation, focusing on public fixed income portfolios. He began his career in fixed income at Goldman Sachs.
He currently serves as a trustee of Deerfield Academy, Prep for Prep and the Rush University Medical Center.
Francis earned a BA in Economics from Yale University in 1999 and an MBA from Harvard Business School in 2006.
